Just got my tax done and they didn’t suggest anything to help lower my tax( my tax person was Rossy). And they charged $365 for the service which was just in put my info from 2 w2 statements and a mortgage statement - a process I clearly was able to do it myself. In short, I wouldn’t go back here for future service and would not recommend it to anyone!!!Just a quick update from my experience !! Got a letter from the irs a month later saying I still got penalize from the amount which I paid after filing my return w/ them. I called the firm and they didn’t not suggest any solutions to fix it but talking over me. DO NOT using them to file tax if you don’t want the irs to go after u!!(PS: I saw your respond but unable to reply…. I’ll just reply on this. For $ 365 worth of service and still got a letter from the IRS was unexceptional. It prove that your service was totally unprofessional and the solution that u came up with wasn’t helpful. I would rather take my business elsewhere to have my tax file correctly by a professional!!! ) Less
